About Me
I'm a Product Manager with a background in architecture. That combination means I think in systems, care about how things feel to move through, and never separate the experience from the outcome.
For six years I worked on products used by millions of people every day. At Balad Maps, a navigation platform with Google Maps-scale usage, I led user research and redesigned how the app handles routing decisions. At SnappBox, the logistics arm of Snapp Group, I owned the core booking experience and shipped features that measurably moved adoption, conversion, and revenue.
I'm now in Vancouver, looking for PM roles where there's a real problem, a team that cares about getting it right, and room to do the kind of work that shows up in the numbers.
